We met in 1999, in Beirut, when Pema was teaching homeopathy, and we made our first flower essence - the Phoenician Anemone - in that year. In 2004 we had the inspiration to start making essences based on Holy Waters from the shrines of Lebanon - the result is Najma Essences.
Lebanon has such a unique flora. We want to develop a new way for people to connect with nature, and with their psyche, and to use the Lebanese plants for healing in a different and subtle way. We feel it's important for each culture, with it's own unique history and it's own indigenous flora, to develop a healing system specific to that area.
We have made our flower and energy essences so you can help yourself on your path to wellness, wholeness and healing.
Najma Essences are not intended to replace regular medical diagnosis or treatment.
